Biological systems burn energy to maintain order. This high entropy production implies living matter experiences a slightly accelerated internal time compared to inert matter.

Solved Mysteries

❓ Why does time flow forward?

Because entropy increases. The arrow of time is the arrow of entropy.

❓ Why is there no global time?

Because every object generates its own entropy. If you and I have different internal states, we have different times.

❓ So was Einstein wrong?

No. Einstein described the geometry. ORTT explains the engine. Einstein showed us the map; ORTT shows us the car.
